The hotel was wonderful and clean. the room was reasonably large and luxurious with a separate bathroom. the view was nice. the location was lovely and the staff were efficient. Had a very good time.

The hotel was fine and fairly clean, its location was beautiful to Izumi-chou station which cost around Y1700-1900 per trip, great service. The rooms were luxurious and good-sized with the coffee, the balcony, bath, just what we needed.

The location was favourable, for example, Sendai Izumi Premium Outlet was within walking distance of the hotel. They recommended a nice restaurant at the big garden.

This venue has rooms that come with useful amenities like a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge, in a great location for exploring Sendai Izumi Premium Outlet by foot.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast provided was absolutely marvelous. The hotel is conveniently located right next to an outlet mall, with a variety of eating options just across the road.

The hotel is reasonably spacious and fairly clean. the location is favorable, close to eating options, great shops, and Sendai. the building and rooms are elegant and come with a bath. the staff is amazingly nice and has good knowledge of the area. the meals served are superb.

I stayed at this hotel and I loved it! The staff were so nice and helpful when I asked for assistance. The hotel is designed for weddings, with shops in the lobby for brides to plan their special day. The rooms were comfortable and I loved the Lady Grey Tea bags provided. The Chef's Terrace Restaurant served a special dinner, even though we arrived late. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and the buffet had delicious food. I also appreciated the free parking and the easy access to the Outlet Mall. it was a lovely hotel for a relaxing stay.

I recommend this hotel to everyone! The location may be a bit far from the city center, but it is still very convenient.
